There’s a thick 1 inch glass oval dining table that’s 6 feet long from the 1970s, I called the Ron burgundy desk, because it was an executive desk in the 1970s, but we use it as a dining table…with lucite stands. That’s something you just can’t get anymore. Like seriously the lucite alone. There are matching area rugs a collection of them with drapery that match. They have sort of a sage green and black pattern and they go with the sage green couch. That’s listed later. The big sage green couch is a three-piece sectional. It’s like brand new. It just needs a little bit of cleaning on my arm, but honestly, it’s a high high-quality piece and the carpets go perfectly. There’s like five runners and a few little circles and then a 6 x 8 main rug. There’s a two cycle 2 kW generator that runs on Gas. There’s a bicycle built for Two that needs a little help, but is adorable There are two big giant husky Steele tool chests There’s a tool shed not too big, but you’re welcome to take it for a song Espresso and teal: There’s a whole bedroom set of textiles and a window topper plus a full furnishings that can make a room immediately. Those are espresso and teal more of like a guy‘s room. There’s even a built-in box on the wall for the television. Speaking of televisions there are several for sale. There are multiple mirrors of all different types and some are antique. There’s a full size cherry China cabinet and the separation of the base and the top make it easier to move, but it has glass shelves. This will require a muscle and a truck. The red brocade couch is brand new and gorgeous and has a matching wing chair. It’s extremely comfortable and very glamorous. The oval glass coffee table has wrought iron and is beautiful with a shelf below. The window treatments in the living room are cornice boxes held on by L brackets and they’re movable with the drapery staple gunned already pinch pleated in. These can be adjusted in size by removing the fabric, changing the wood, and then reapplying the fabric. Also not shown there’s an entire blue and gold bedroom set of textiles and coordinated pillows. These were thousands of dollars custom-made and again are adjustable, but it’s that smoky blue with gold. I don’t have photos of those, but they’re at the house. There’s a 24 inch wide espresso tall cabinet that goes with the full espresso teal bedroom set. There’s an L-shaped sage green couch. I mentioned it with the rugs. That’s like New just could use a little upholstery cleaning but it’s the highest quality like new. There are other arm chairs bergere chairs. In the living room, there’s a black sculpted 9 x 12 carpet and a matching entryway carpet Other Random miscellaneous chairs. Tables. Cream colored kitchen table set with a Cream colored kitchen set with an espresso brown top with an epoxy coating and a full set of six leather cream chairs, and two cream leather barstools. A great kitchen coordination Random tools. Just lots of clothing craft products, Random items, office things and all kinds of things Also outside there’s a full set of patio furniture, loveseat, comfortable chairs, footstool swings metal cement. They just either need to be moved. They’re super heavy ones. The metal could use a little touchup plate and you need new cushions for the seating group but it’s all good stuff. In addition, concrete pots that need paint and a concrete table and chairs. And guess what else! A Sauna that’s practically never been used!
