Each sale covers half the city: in 2026 the east side of Tracy Blvd sold in May and the west side in September; in 2025 it was the other way round. The city’s calendar and its maps give different hours.

Two Saturdays a year of garage sales at homes in Tracy, one for each side of Tracy Blvd, with maps and address lists from the city.

Selling at the Tracy City Garage Sale

Register with the online form or the paper one (by email, fax, mail or by hand at the Boyd Service Center, 520 Tracy Blvd). Forms come out about a month before the deadline, which in 2026 was two weeks before each sale.
