Canyon Lake’s twice-yearly garage sale weekend, when residents can hold a sale without the POA’s usual garage sale permit, with an interactive map of the homes that sign up.

Selling at the Canyon Lake Community Garage Sale
Canyon Lake residents sign up on the POA’s site to go on the map; in spring 2026 the last day was the Thursday before. The POA says you can take part without signing up. Clear everything from your front lot by 5 pm on Sunday.
